Yes. Standard residential inspections are free with no obligation to proceed with any work. Larger commercial or strata inspections may have a quoted fee. We’ll tell you up front.
How long does an inspection take?
Most homes take 30–60 minutes on site. The written report is provided within 1–2 business days.
Can you inspect a roof I’m thinking of buying?
Yes. Pre-purchase inspections are one of the most common services we provide. We’ll need owner consent for access.
Do you do drone inspections?
Yes. Drone inspection is available on request, particularly useful for multi-storey, steep or hard-to-access roofs.
Will the report be useful for insurance?
